Apartments range in size from single bedroom, two bedrooms,  three bedrooms, to four bedroom units.  Apartment units also vary in location, some are in Marion and some are in Carbondale.  Most all units vary in the monthly rent, as well.  Please click on property title below picture to learn more about each individual Apartment unit available for rent.

Terms and Conditions
    Management is seeking mature and responsible tenants who prefer quiet, peaceful living conditions.  A non-refundable $15/person fee for credit check is required.  Apartments are rented on a one year lease basis, at all locations. Prior to tenancy the first month's rent will be paid in advance, as well as a security deposit equal to a month's rent.  Pets are considered at some locations.  In some apartments, water, electrical, and trash are paid for by landlord.  All other utilities are paid for by tenant.
